How does DJ's EP compare to a traditional event planner?

DJ's EP brings all the expertise and knowledge of a traditional planner, but my process allows you to keep your personal stamp on your event because you are the ultimate decision maker!

My event planning done process means you are making the decisions, keeping track of your budget, and communicating with your venue and vendors. You have the advantage of a professional in your back pocket to guide you through all the unknowns. With your overall vision and goals in mind, I will make sure you don’t miss a thing. 

What if I book a package and decide I want to downgrade my level of support?

I understand that things can happen quickly in the event planning world. Therefore, we do allow a package downgrade by one level within the first 7 days if we have only provided the services included in the lower tier package (services include referrals, information, guidance, and support). The difference in the package price will be refunded to you minus a 5% processing fee.

How much are Planning Packages and what's included?

Event planning packages start at $1,100 and are based on the duration of service, level of support you are looking for, scope of work, and the complexity of your event.

The package price includes event planning consultation calls and ongoing support for the duration of your event planning process in all the ways detailed in your package.

There may be services not included in your package, such as on-site event management. Often, we can add the hands-on support you might require for an additional fee.

Do you offer a cancellation policy?

We are happy to offer the option to cancel a contract with DJ's EP within 24 hours of signing if no services have occurred during that time. We are unable to offer refunds for services rendered. All refunds will be processed minus a 5% cancellation fee.
